I had high hopes for this hotel based on its heritage charm, but it fell short in several areas. While the common spaces and decor are quite impressive, my room's location was lacking, and the towels were in poor condition. The breakfast and dining experience was decent, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations and seemed to need more attention to detail.

This boutique hotel offers an extraordinary experience with its stunning decor and modern amenities, making it well worth the price. The restaurant on the top floor serves amazing food and has fantastic service, enhancing the overall stay. However, my experience at another hotel in the same area was less than ideal due to some issues with staff training and customer service that put a damper on what could have been a fantastic visit.

This hotel boasts breathtaking common areas and overall great rooms, but the dining experience could use significant improvement. The breakfast is a highlight with a self-serve espresso machine, but the lunch and dinner offerings left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly, the restaurant service needs to improve due to inattentiveness. Despite these drawbacks, I'd happily return for the beautiful ambiance and comfortable stay.
